Fractional CTO
Technical leadership for underrepresented founders: architecture, hiring, and hands-on execution.
I help early-stage founders, especially women and underrepresented founders, go from "no technical co-founder" to engineering stability and strength. My focus is hands-on: architecture, hiring, and building alongside you, not just advisory calls.
Background in engineering leadership and development across start-ups, scale-ups and enterprise, plus years mentoring through Girls Who Code and Women Who Code. I care about who's in the room and how you build as much as what gets built.
Good fit if you:
Have product/business traction but no technical co-founder or CTO
Want someone who can hire, build and stabilize your development procedures
Are early-stage and want senior technical judgment without a full-time hire

Currently the technical co-founder of Resilian
Resilian is the crisis simulation platform that turns continuity plans into muscle memory for decisive, resilient leadership. As the CTO and co-founder, I’ve built the entire platform, including a library of scenarios, basic and advanced scenario customization, and an integrated desktop for live immersion that supports hundreds of participants simultaneously.
Formerly an engineering leader at Paxos, Twitter, Stash, and Clearpool Group (acquired by BMO) where I developed and then led teams through complex, high-stakes technical delivery. Outside of work, I spent years as a volunteer instructor with Girls Who Code and as part of the NYC leadership team for Women Who Code.
Nowadays, I’m a founder, fractional CTO, and new mom, trying to do all three well.
I’ve seen what success looks like at start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise.
